DNS Maintenance Limited is a building and maintenance company which had been incorporated in 2010. We are a subcontractor of Housing New Zealand operating in Auckland, Hamilton, and Whangarei, maintaining residential and commercial properties.  

The company has been founded and run by its managing director, Mukesh Chand. Complimented by his leadership and passion for the industry, the company has created its presence in the market.
