DNS Maintenance Limited is a building and maintenance company which had been incorporated in 2010. We are a subcontractor of Housing New Zealand operating in Auckland, Hamilton, Whangarei, and Wellington, maintaining residential and commercial properties.  

The company has been founded and run by its managing director, Mukesh Chand. Complimented by his leadership and passion for the industry, the company has created its presence in the market.

DNS Maintenance LTD. obtains certifications from:

• Master Electricians certificate of membership

• Master Electricians to authenticate quality assurance

• Master Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers NZ membership

• Programmed Facility Management certificate of Achievement through       sub-contractor onboarding & improvement workshop

• Employsure Employment Relations and Health and Safety compliance     review
